"I partnered with Katlyn Pierre on a dozen opportunities to have her takeover our Virginia Commonwealth University official Snapchat account as a student representative. Often she would promote or educate our public about events and resources the main academic library had to offer, but she also occasionally took it over to share a slice of her life as a student at the university to help recruit new students. She was so easy to work with and, very importantly, trust with representing our college on such a large platform.
